Thank you to the Virginia Symphony Orchestra and Vet Tix for my ticket to see the symphony perform Gershwin's 'An American in Paris' & Copland's 'Rodeo' at Chrysler Hall in Norfolk last night. The addition of John Williams 'Born on the Fourth of July' and Jennifer Higdon's 'Concerto for Harp' and world premiere of Curtis Stewart's 'I wouldn't stop there: in the words of a King' made the evening very special
